It has great trainers - well qualified, caring, friendly and motivating. The atmosphere is upbeat, fun and welcoming to all - babies, toddlers, kids, people with injuries and disabilities, older folk and dogs included. It promotes great health programs and provides lots of online support. It has great health support services such as Physio therapy and occupational health experts. After almost 3 years membership I feel 10 + years younger and have dropped 10 kgs. Once again, the owner Simone and his team including Seb who runs a cafe there, are fabulous and fun. More...
