He was very flexible, professional, easily available to ask questions and thorough with formulating a fitness and nutrition routine. I’m extremely happy with my outcome and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to improve their fitness and health at any level. It’s extremely good value and affordable and allows super flexibility to work on goals from home as well as the option to work within a gym. You get great results fairly quickly with a realistic regime and it’s easy to include in a challenging work life balance situations. Due to having bad health & bad habits I knew i had to make a change otherwise my life would deteriorate. Join a gym and never looked back since.
