Your website needs to be modern, engaging and quickly shows relevance (do you do what your visitor is looking for). It needs to be easy to navigate so your visitor does not get frustrated when looking for products and services and the content needs to be well thought out and reasonably comprehensive. Not too wordy but not just a couple of sentences either.

I love helping people who have no clue about online marketing. I pride myself on breaking down all the guff and providing very simple to understand honest advice and service.
When people comment how easy I made the process for them, this is what I love. It's shouldn't be hard but gee are there some scary stories out there.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've done so much sales and marketing and customer service for so many others over the years, I thought I should do it for myself. That plus I'd heard way too many stories from small business owners about web developers who left them hanging mid-project (and worse) t.hat I just had to help out.

Remotely yes. In fact, I've never met face to face close to 90% of my customers in 8 years.
I use a combination of phone calls and an online project management platform where the whole team can talk to each other.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We work remotely so unless absolutely necessary, we rarely need to see customers face to face.
