What do you love most about your job?
The creative process of designing products for mass production. Interaction with clients and seeing a successful product reach the market is a great reward.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was employed by the original founder of Nielsen Design and became a part owner in the 1980s. Since 2016 I have been the sole owner and Managing Director. The business has a long legacy of successful and at times, iconic products. I have always maintained my enthusiasm for Industrial Design and the clients we work for.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Meetings via Zoom, Teams or Skype have been effective substitutes for office meetings. Being able to show progress through screen share technology is especially helpful.
