12 week challenge testimony The 12 week challenge gave me the opportunity to be supported by people who where all in it for the same reasons. It made me accountable and because of this I attended almost all of the classes. The challenge taught me so many different forms of exercise that I could achieve myself at home with minimal equipment. It taught me about different foods I could eat to live a healthy lifestyle that where based of the food I would enjoy eating. It was a great program for a beginner learning all about starting a healthy lifestyle. This program taught me heaps about different healthy foods to include in my diet this helped stop my bloating and kept me fuller for longer. I gained strength and muscle in many areas which I had struggled to gain before and my clothes now are looser then they where before. I had more energy and looked forward to each class. The challenge provided a range of group experiences that really appealed to me. It made me accountable and learning new things each week made it more enjoyable then doing the same thing each week. Janetta went through everything with us one on one and ensured our own personal fitness and health goals where included in all our programs. More...

Sessions are always creative. We have enjoyed the sessions especially the strength sessions. Plus loving the partner exercises.
