My Sparky Mate

Danny the founder of My Sparky Mate started his career as a completing an apprenticeship as a Fitter and Turner, following in his fathers footsteps. Danny gained a lot of knowledge during his 17 years as a qualified tradesman and learned how to best think on his feet and outside the box. This is a trade that requires great accuracy and where quick problem solving is crucial.
Danny then wanted to challenge himself again and completed an adult apprenticeship as an electrician and once completed, continued to work as a qualified tradesman for large company that specialised in electrical for another 4 years.
It was then, that Danny decided to take the plunge and start his own electrical business - this is where My Sparky Mate all began.
​In 2012 My Sparky Mate started operating, servicing clients in the Logan/Brisbane/Gold Coast area. My Sparky Mate mainly services clients with domestic/residential needs but we also have the knowledge to provide an services to our clients in the industrial and commercial sector.
In 2013 Danny completed his qualification to install Air conditioners, to keep up with the growing demand of customers needs. Then in 2019 continued to further his training and completed his refrigeration mechanic qualification.
​As My Sparky Mate has been growing over the past 8 year, Danny has employed 2 office staff, 2 apprentice and employed another 2 qualified tradesman to keep up with the growing demand.
We continue to run as a small family business that adapts to the needs of our clients on a daily basis. We are a small but growing team of highly qualified tradesman that prides ourselves in a high quality of workmanship and attention to detail.
