​I’ve grown up with the word “Fitness” being a staple in my household, with parents both from the fitness industry and several family members being associated with the bodybuilding industry, I’ve come to find my own meaning of that word.
To everyone that means something different, whether it’s a six pack or being able to run a mile.

What inspired me to start my own business was realising how much I had to offer. I understand being self conscious and scared, I understand being over and under weight, I understand being an athlete. I'm able to cater and empathise to all my clients.
