There's no secret unfortunately. Just hard work, stepping outside of your comfort zone and patience!
What do you love most about your job?
I love instilling confidence in people who didn't have it previously - whether it's confidence in body image, nutrition management or exercise. The best part of my job is seeing my clients exceeding their own expectations of happiness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own business was realising how much I had to offer. I understand being self conscious and scared, I understand being over and under weight, I understand being an athlete. I'm able to cater and empathise to all my clients.
