Why me: I am a trusted business adviser. I have the experience to help business leaders in both professional and commercial businesses solve problems.

My work experience has been gained in Australia, Europe, and the Pacific.

Areas covered include professions, IT, recycling and road transport and associated industries.

My qualifications cover accounting, business, and facilitation.

What I do: I use a facilitation and coaching process supported by a toolbox of business tools, diagnostics, and processes to help business leaders solve problems and develop themselves and their people.

Proof of Capability: I can show a prospect the wealth of resources developed by Mindshop, and myself, face to face or by sharing my screen on a Zoom call. I will demonstrate my capability by facilitating a problem-solving tool on an issue identified by the prospect at our first meeting or call. My website has referees they can speak to.

Successful Engagements
1. A typical client is a business owner, managing director or partners in diverse businesses including transport, customs broking, freight forwarding, professional service firms, manufacturing and construction. My role is to coach senior and up and coming people charged with creating change in their business and with their clients.

2. Many of the people I coach lack the confidence to implement significant change and I am often successful in giving them the guidance needed to act and grow their business.

3. I have good experience in mentoring leaders to take their business to the next level. My facilitation skills and providing “sage advice” gives clients the benefits of a mentor and external discipline. Business turnaround is also a forte.
