Just been on Whitsunday Bullet what an amazing experience! Was a little cloudy in the morning but as we was snorkelling it cleared up and was a beautiful day! Seen turtles and loads of fish. Wow! This was the highlight of our Whitsunday holiday. Chase was an amazing tour guide - very chilled out and easy going. Tim the skipper got us there and back safely on the Bullet ! The first stop (Tongue Bay?) was breathtaking - the views from the lookouts were very impressive. Beautiful blue waters and golden sandy beaches. Walked to the water and was lucky to see a stingray a few metres away in the knee deep water. Next stop was snorkeling which was pretty cool then headed to Whitehaven beach for paddle boarding and sunbathing. The lunch was individually packed due to Covid-19 however it was very generous and tasty. The morning and afternoon tea snacks were also well timed. We also took our own drinks/snacks (and even a few cans of beers)! You can buy beers on the boat too. We traveled as a family with young kids and Chase made sure we were looked after as he gave us the front seats which the kids loved! On the way back we saw several black dolphins (aka false killer whales) which was the icing on the cake for a wonderful boat ride around the Whitsunday Islands. Also shout out to Hannah Davies (Travel Consultant) who helped with some last minute questions the evening before. Wasn't sure we would get a response from anyone so late in the day but Hannah promptly responded to our email and helped with what items we could and couldnt bring on the boat. it is hard to be personable on a webchat and working in sales myself I know how hard it can be. Pete went above and beyond. we went through options around my big Australia trip that weren't even related to the Fraser Island trip I was booking just to make sure I could get there and have the best trip possible. A comprehensive service is very important and that is what I got. I instinctively took her advice (I should say expertise) and managed to get my Fraser trip all sorted within my break at work due to fantastic response times. And in my confirmation emails she had even highlighted extra bits of information that she had found out for me (free parking! v important). I didn't get the trip I was expecting, I left with something better, but not at an extra cost to myself! if it doesn't go to plan well... anything on the trip is out of their control anyway as it is third parties haha. would recommend More...

We had two great days on the Summertime and with is’s excellent crew. Captain Dan, Damian and Amy showed us the most beautiful spots of the Whitsunday Islands, including very impressing Whitehaven. The crew makes sure that everybody on board has a good time and prepare lovely meals on board. They also share a lot of very interesting info on the area and sealive, aways with a good sense of humor and great storytelling talent. Massive thanks to Alex and Inbal for looking after us on The Entice catamaran a few weeks ago. Alex's knowledge of the islands as a whole was fantastic, we had some great snorkelling experiences and he skippered the boat brilliantly. As for Inbal, what a star! The food was amazing and she even managed to russel up a birthday cake complete with candles for one of our group. The whole experience was the highlight of our trip down under.
