Went in this morning to speak with Kris and Scott, two of the friendliest and most accommodating owners of a gym you could ever wish to meet. They've built up a superb gym with a genuine community feel to it, and with members who strive to achieve their personal bests which both Scott and Kris celebrate through regular Facebook posts.
