You have absolutely no idea how amazing the boys were on our special day! We cannot thank them enough. If I had to sum them up in one word, it would probably be. .. WOW!

From Jason singing and playing at the ceremony to the boys getting all our guests on the floor; it was truly the highlight of our day. We still have guests complimenting on the band and how they could not get over how amazing they were. I have passed on their name and your company name to many people. Nothing was too difficult for them and they knew exactly what songs to play for our guests. I don't think I stopped dancing all night! They were all so well mannered and I was honoured to have them play for our special day.

I also want to thank you for your help with the organisation of music in the months leading up to our wedding day. You are amazing to work with and I am so glad we choose to have you at our special day

We are forever going to remember how you two made our day. We cannot begin to thank you enough for how incredible everything turned out. Jeremy, Nathan, Mik and Daniel can’t be forgotten as they were fantastic - Jeremy just gets into it, Daniel we just loved the addition of the sax, Mik's drums were awesome and Nathan’s keys were spot on too. We also want to give a special mention to Jason - the way he interpreted and recreated our 4 song choices was just amazing... we wish we had a recording of them. Jason made those moments really special. We can’t believe we had such a talented group of professionals just for us. So many guests have given us feedback on how brilliant the music was, they just loved it and can’t stop talking about you guys. You truly went above and beyond with the mood lighting and the most perfect choice of songs that really did create the ultimate party atmosphere. In conjunction with providing you the most incredible atmosphere for your event or wedding, McGee offers an event planning and on-the-day coordination service for weddings, private functions & corporate events!

With years of experience and extensive industry knowledge, McGee planning can assist you in curating, creating and delivering the vision of your event

McGee planning is an exclusive, boutique and personal service with a dedicated event producer, therefore, we only offer limited capacity per month for this service. By limiting our capacity, it ensures our team can fully dedicate our resources to execution of your event, allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment

OUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES

For larger bespoke events & weddings, or an affair where you’ve booked more vendors than you can keep track of, then it’s likely to be more work than you need to be dealing with on your day. Naturally we’ll take care of the details and follow up with your vendors, confirming every booking two weeks prior to the event. On the day of the event, we will be there to set up, style (according to your brief and guidelines), oversee and ensure that everyone is on task while problem solving the inevitable curve balls. We’ll work with you and the venue to determine the best way to structure your formalities as well as write up your run sheet for you, and circulate to your vendors
