Maria is a very powerful mentor who taught me some amazing strategies on how to get past some very challenging problems that I didn't know how to deal with. The problems caused me a lot of fears, the anxiety that I was suffering interrupted my life and I was unable to go out, be confident and live life the way I wanted to. since seeing Maria over 8 weeks I've finally learnt how to deal with the fears, I'm a lot more confident and I've started living life the way I want.
