I have super temperamental skin so always find it hard finding products that I love and work for me. I was using arbonne through a local rep but was really sick of still having to order online. I went and saw Toni and Kylie and they were amazing to say the least at listening to what I was looking for and gave me samples to try at home so I could see what worked for me. Kylie is such a credit to her abilities as a beautician AND to Lush. I went to her to receive my very first Signature Facial: HYDRATE and it was INCREDIBLE. Professional, welcoming, relaxing, she walked me through my intro from filling out my forms, to my mini skin interview in the comfortable lounge, through to my facial. The rooms were each so clean and well furnished. The ambience was exactly as you would hope - soothing tones, calming lighting, the right temperature, and smelling so very pleasant. I absolutely enjoyed Kylie’s demeanour, I found her timing on point from when she left me to disrobe to be made ready to when she reentered and began my massage and then facial. I was mesmerised and welcomed each step feeling well taken care of the whole way through. I really appreciate how she cocooned me (as I was cold but also because it is apart of the experience). I also appreciated that after one is so entranced that she gently brought me out of my state at the end of my session. Oh and my skin!!! Wow! So fresh. So much clearer and plump. I will definitely continue my skin care regime. I am now a Lush loyalist! Thank you Kylie. Massive recommendations if you haven’t picked up on that yet. More...

Just love the girls and the atmosphere at Lush. Had a Mineral Mud Wrap in the hydro pod this week and it was out of this world! Skin scrub and treatment, hair and face treatment in the pod as well as some massage, incredible! I can’t wait to book in for that again! It was just what I needed.
