I recently attended the Seafood cooking class, what a a wonderful treat! The organisation was a wonderful with timely reminders and instructions going out before the event. On arrival we were warmly welcomed and could feel our excitement mounting. The facilities are incredible. During the class, I loved that everything was first cooked and explained. Tara was amazing and so generous with her food knowledge. After a demo it was our turn to cook. The team made sure we knew what we were doing and were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We were treated to drinks as we cooked. The food was beautiful, so fresh and really tasty. I left feeling confident that I could cook the dishes at home and absolutely thrilled with my experience. The only hard thing is choosing which class to book next. Thank you Lumiere for making wonderful memories. More...

We celebrated my mother’s 71st birthday with the Ultimate Chef’s Table dining experience and it was fantastic! Shannon, Tara and the rest of the staff were wonderful and made the night run seamlessly from one course to the next. Our glasses were never empty and the quality of the food was simply outstanding.
