I actually 'help' - you gotta to the job of showing up and executing. I am lighting up the path to your goals and narrow it down so you don't get lost. We work together as a team

This is the most basic form I offer as a service which covers a lot. I like working with people that can be determined towards their goal - that's why you should be able to commit to 2-3 sessions.
I love for you to commit to 10 - 12 weeks to really see a change. But, I need to get to know you first and talk to you, the more I know the better I can coach!

Price: $49/week for two session and $70 for 3 sessions

I am very confident about my knowledge as an Exercise physiologist and Mobility Coach, that I want to promise you to improve your Front Split, Side Split, Pancake, Toe Touch etc.*

This can be bought as an add-on to other services or as a stand-alone program.
After initial assessment (photos/videos) and a conversation between me & you we discuss together how we achieve your mobility or flexibility goals.
Program will depend on your schedule and effort and the price does not change.

Price: Will depend on your commitment and when you want to reach your goal. (Example: I learned to do full SideSplits within 6 weeks, following a protocol every day 3x a day).

1 session program is $30/week
2 sessions program is $50/week
3 sessions program is $75/week

unlimited program with the goal of getting your range as quick as you can: $100/week

This service can be bought by people, that have an injury that is limiting their daily capacities and workouts and need a more individualized approach to training.

If you are looking for a program that your 70+ year old parents can do - this is the right for you too.

Depending on the condition and injury you need to get cleared by a GP or Physio. I am studying to be a Physiotherapist (half way through) so in no way my service is exhaustive and taken in replacement to a session with an accredited Physiotherapist. I do know a lot of GPs or Physios don't offer a proper rehab plan and give exercises to do at home, and you are left alone with your rehab.
My approach is more holistic and I am interested to work with you on your niggle or injury.


Price: Really depends on your injury and how detailed you want the training plan to be.
My range is from $50 a week to $100 week.

$50 a week will include two sessions and a weekly check in with initial assessment and plan for the next 12 weeks.

$100 a week option is for people that require more attention and more detailed approach due to an increased complexity of their injury or condition and also require a very detailed trainings plan.

But, I need to get to know you first and talk to you, the more I know the better I can coach!


All options come with a fortnightly 1on1 check in and 24/7 support if you need.

Goal-based program (4-7x sessions a week)
A person that can commit to these amount of sessions should consider other aspects of life: nutrition, sleep, stress and recovery.
This will give you a more advanced and detailed approach and protocol to follow individualized to your schedule.
We will talk about breathing, ice baths, saunas, sleep quality, stress regulation and of course talk nutrition and your workout in detail.


Spots for this is limited as I want to offer a high quality service for a limited number of special people.
Also my first 2 people are at a discounted rate.

You get a weekly private call via Zoom/Skype for accountability/questions and goal setting along with a check up for nutrition and habit change.
Depending on your goal we will include different cardio setting, forms of recovery and stress management and different forms of mobility and resistance training to suit your needs.

But, I need to get to know you first and talk to you, the more I know the better I can coach! So we will have an initial conversation and then build up your journey over the next few months!


Price: Starting out at $125/week going up to $155 for my first 2 clients (discounted rate)

Price regular: $135/week going up to $165 per week
