Hi Steinberg, the initial guide price you had is from Bark and something i know nothing about. All gutter cleaning jobs are different, i qouted you $350 and you accecpted this price without given me any indication that you thought it was expensive. 1 bedroom units start from $250, were i did all of your gutters on a 2/3 bedroom house and also the gutters on the carport. From before i started the job i gave you one price and it didnt change. Had you of brought up these concerns at the time, i would of happily explained the difference in qoutes. Regards Michael

I watched my dad take over from my grandad and hoped one day I could do the same.

Roof Inspection
During a roof inspection one of our experienced team members, will come out and do a detailed inspection of your roof and gutters. Once completed we go through all works that need to be carried out, explaining everything so that we both know what needs to be done.
Roof Cleaning
During the process of roof cleaning we will inspect the roof firstly and change all broken tiles, insuring no leaks while high pressure cleaning. Then high pressure clean the complete roof, removing moss, lichen and debris.
Roof Painting
The roof will be completely high pressure cleaned. Then the roof will be completely covered with one coat of roof primer/sealer. After the primer/sealer is applied two more coats of high performance UV protective roof paint are applied.
Ridge Cap Re-bedding
Re-bedding of ridge caps consists of, removing all or some of the ridge caps from the roof. Removing all of the deteriorated mortar from under the ridge caps. Change any cracked, chipped or broken tiles under the ridge caps. Re-bed all ridge caps with new mortar base to hold them securely in place.
Ridge Repointing
The process of re-pointing the ridge caps on the roof comes after insuring all ridge caps are completely re-bedded with new mortar correctly. Then the Flexi pointing is applied over the mortar to protect the mortar from the heat and cold that the Melbourne weather has to offer. Also protecting your house from any water getting through.
