Extended DISC® measures individuals’ natural, hard-wired behavioral styles. These styles remain quite stable over our adult lifetime.

There is no best style. The focus is to help individuals to modify their behaviors to become more successful.

The results provide very practical and specific information to guide behavioral modification, but it should never be the sole reason for making decisions about a person.

Have you tried to diet or quit smoking? Not working?

Your brain lie's to you. When you fail at weight loss or quit smoking, it's easier to blame the diet or the cigarettes, than to blame yourself. Because that hurts right?
The world-class are 'professional dieters or professional non smokers'. They know that it is the diet that is 80% of losing weight or quit smoking, right?

Now I'm NOT talking lifestyle, just weight loss or quit smoking.

Exercise, sleep, loving what you do and being surrounded by people who love YOU, are a part of a better lifestyle. However, LOSING-WEIGHT is 100% about the diet and nothing else.

No one made you eat the donuts or hamburger or smoke that cigarette, you made the choice.

No one forced you to eat it or smoke it!

More than likely you built a habit of smoking or eating that does not support your diet.

The good news is that it's changeable. But only if you are committed to changing that habit!!. But you MUST take ​100% responsibility.
