About

Darryl from Lifeflow Counselling is a qualified and experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist. He uses a number of therapeutic approaches but specialises in Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy which is a very gentle and supportive way of working. He also Does sessions in TRTP (The Richards Trauma Process) which a series of 3 to 4 sessions that resolves issues extremely effectively . Many people complete the three sessions and resolve many of their issues and require little or no more therapy. It is an amazing process.

Darryl sees it as important to create a genuinely safe place in sessions where people can feel really heard and seen. It is his intention to truly "be with" each client supporting them with empathy and understanding. He uses Mindfulness with clients and teaches them to bring to bring this wonderful skill into their life. It is then the healing can gently unfold.
