Personal Trainers

I have been training with Lia for several months now and she is fantastic - wouldn’t go with anyone else! Not only is Lia extremely motivational, I can personally see results that I have wanted for years ! Lia really listened to the areas that I wanted to target which not only has allowed me to feel great physically, it has also improved my mental wellbeing as well. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for a trainer who knows exactly what they’re doing!!

I have always enjoyed exercise and it has been something I have done several times a week since my early twenties.
When I decided to work with my own personal trainer I couldn't believe how quickly i got results.
I felt so much stronger, flexible and my overall fitness increased significantly.
My self esteem also grew, enabling me to feel more confident in my own skin.
This is when I decided that I wanted to inspire and help others.
I completed my certificate III and IV in fitness in 2014 and have had my own business ever since.

Because I am a genuine and caring trainer and will put in the time to ensure you have a positive experience.
Knowledge is power and I believe that if you have the tools in your toolbox then that is going to increase your performance and set you up to be successful in achieving your goal.

I have experience working in strength and conditioning and offer functional training working with a variety of weights.
Pilates is another speciality I incorporate in my training to help develop the foundations of good core and glute stability and strength.
