My first experience with Melanie and the team was amazing! Everything I asked for was completed. I was moving out of a rental property and needed the place to be spotless and the team that worked on my property did that with ease.
I felt comfortable letting them work on their own while I went to the shops to grab a few things too.
When the job was complete I handed over the keys to my real estate agent and they were impressed with how clean the house was afterwards, and to be fair so was I.
I'll definitely use their services again. 10/10.

How long have you been in business?
We have been in operation since March 2020 & We have one MAJOR selling point and that is we DO NOT hire sub-contractors, every member of KH&H is an employee ensuring low staff turnover and maximizing our customers comfort, loyalty and trust.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes we supply everything we need.
All chemicals have MSDS with them at all times.
All PPE is provided to my staff.
Vacuum, mops & steam mops.
Staff are trained in Infection Control Policies & Procedures.
Staff undertake professional development at every opportunity.
Staff bring all garbage bags, sponges & refills if required.
Staff provide linen bags for laundry pick up.
Staff provide shopping bags for Shopping Service.
Staff have own car and full license.

Seeing the difference we can make.
We make a difference in peoples lives. Some people believe a cleaner is nothing special but I believe we shine brightest when it's dark.
During the COVID19 Pandemic we have seen appointment requests soar with people not understanding the full procedures to reduce the spread of infectious diseases, especially via droplet transmission. We are aware of all transmission types. We know how, when and where to clean to lower EVERY-BODIES risk of getting sick. We know what PPE is required to protect ourselves and our clients from potential harm and disease.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After seeing what other services were available I found nobody cleaned to my standard. I thought to myself surely I can provide that quality whilst sticking to the same quantity.
We provide a clean like no other hence why our pricing is a bit different to other companies but as the old saying goes "You get what you pay for"
