Through my own experinces and fitness/ weight loss journey I can probide the building blocks for achieving any goal.
Losing 40+ kg of body fat myself and having competed in Powerlifting provides me with the necessary knowledge to offer guidance where necessary.

Unfortunately, as boring as it sounds: consistency. Anticipating and preparing for the ups and downs you will experience means you will stay on track. Success is never linear and set-backs happen. Life can be unpredictable, but you can always try your beat and show up and put in the hard work.

I love the variety in people I get to meet through my job. Fitness doesn't discriminate, women and men of any age can strength train and wanting to improve themselves. Everyone comes with their own stories and experiences.

Through regular strength training and improved eating habits I managed to lose 40+ kg of body fat. I feel in love with barbell training and want to help other people improve their quality of life by assisting them with my experience and knowledge.

I walk the walk and hold myself to a high standard. I wouldn't ask anything from my clientele that I wouldn't do myself. They trust me that I have their best interest at heart.

I do offer online coaching and programming, with regular check-ins and updates.

I kept my distance during sessions and generally practice good hygiene.
