Josh has an MBA and a PhD. His PhD research focused on organisational psychology and he integrates cutting-edge theory from the psychology lab with his pragmatic approach to coaching high performers.
Josh literally wrote the research that coaches and psychologists rely on to guide their practice. With peer-reviewed publications in the following academic journals: Psychological Science, International Journal of Evidence Based Coaching and Mentoring, Development and Learning in Organizations, and Industrial and Commercial Training.
