Family breakups are never easy! In my case, my Australian born children (with US Duel citizenship) were taken by their mother back to the US.
It was on this basis that the divorce proceedings were managed. Glenn was stable, insightful, and provided meaningful guidance throughout the mediation and negotiation process. This allowed for all proceedings to be settled in Australian courts, with guaranteed joint custody and mandated child support out of Australia. Had this have gone the other way, and been settled out of the US courts, I would have gone bankrupt, would not hold the legal freedoms that I currently hold with my Children, and doubt I would have had capacity to see them.
I cannot recommend Glenn highly enough.

Yes, via zoom; email or over the phone. I prefer meeting people and having face to contact but whatever suits my clients in the busy world we live.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Mainly online and remote video contact. Urgent applications can be done in person if required.

Family Law Parenting Orders - this can be complicated with a multitude of factors such as family violence and addictions. We specialise in resolving these matter in the best interests of the children.
Property Settlement
Consent Orders or court orders. Ensuring clients get what is they are rightfully entitled to and making sure that assets are properly discovered and disclosed.

Child support assessments aren't always sufficient and we can arrange agreements that are outside the assessment process to facilitate the needs of our clients.
