BRIDES AVOID! I was initially very pleased with the service when i went in to discuss flowers for my wedding where i was told my Janine that she'd email me my invoice. I waited, i went into the store 3 times, my Maid of Honour went into the store and when my wedding day arrived I still hadn't heard from her. The customer service with this was disgusting. None of the staff we whilling to help our even pass on a message. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. More...

Valentines flowers ordered from Tumut 4 days prior for delivery during working hrs 8-4 pm only 10 klms from Canberra City shop Phone call that afternoon from purchaser re where are the flowers? Called back to say sorry missed the time frame can we deliver tomorrow Like noooo It’s Valentine’s Day today!!!! Unfortunately no delivery till 10.30 am the next day Flowers were “ tied” and 4 1/2 dead. Very bad communication with supplier. Asked her can I have a photo at least re no delivery - reply No we dint send photos Like You haven’t delivered them on time. more staff on such a busy day. Spoilt my Valentine’s Day. More...
