How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet far outweighs exercise when it comes to someone's health and well being.
Having an abundance of great nutrients in your body helps with a wide variety of health conditions as well as maintaining a healthy level of muscle mass & preventing unwanted weight gain through your 30s, 40s & 50s as your body begins to work against you.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I have walked what I put my clients through, I can't expect to coach people to better health if I haven't done the journey myself.
If your goal is to ditch the lack of confidence & build a body you're happy to stand in front of the mirror with, naked, then I'm your guy.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency.
If you can be consistent with what you do, we can work on the quality of what you're doing later.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the personal growth of someone who has gone not just through a body transformation, but growth in their mindset and how they approach life with a new confidence!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be a boxer when I was 18, and fell into the line of personal training.
I've never looked back, but I'm always looking forward.
Why should our clients choose you?
I've suffered a severe chronic back condition at the age of 19 & still managed to work around my own obstacles to transform my body.
I've had mental hurdles such as anxiety & low self confidence, but I've been able to turn that around one step at a time, so I'd love to help anyone who is interested in playing the long game and not after a quick fix.
