What do you love most about your job?
We love adding value to our clients through our cleaning solutions. Outsourcing your cleaning needs to professionals enables your employees to focus on their core work. We take pride in all our cleans.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A lot of cleaning companies see their services as "set and forget". I wanted to come into the industry with the emphasis on not only providing good quality and reliable services but to also build strong relationships with our clients. I see Instaclean Solutions as an extension of our clients. We see cleaning as a vessel to adding value to their business.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are in the cleaning business, but more importantly we are in the people business. Without people, there is no business. We listen to our clients, we extract their needs, we then provide the best and appropriate cleaning solutions. Throughout the process we continue to nurture our relationship with our clients, as they change, we learn and adapt to the change.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have a Covid-19 protocol in place for our staff. Our staff have been made aware of the correct handwashing protocol and training has been provided and completed. Our staff have also been made aware of the mode of transmission of Covid-19 and have been provided solutions on how to minimise the spread of possible infection.
Our staff have been told when feeling unwell and/or experiencing common signs and symptoms of Covid-19 they are not to attend workplace and to immediately report to their manager. Before returning to work, a medical certificate is to be provided stating they are fit to return to work.
Before commencing shift all staff is to apply hand sanitiser before walking onto worksite. Staff are to wear gloves.
Due to Covid-19 we have focused on high touch points such as light switches and door handles/knobs. When these fixtures are regularly wiped clean/disinfected, it assist by minimising the potential risk of infection spreading.
Carpet cleaning
We offer an expert service to help look after your precious floor coverings and more. We specialise in cleaning commercial of carpets.
Pressure clean
The Instaclean Solutions pressure cleaning team will take care of all of your exterior cleaning needs. Our team use top of the line equipment, and are trained in cleaning an array of different surfaces. Removing dirt, debris, mould and animal waste.
Polished floor (Strip and seal)
A strip and seal is best for vinyl, tile and marble flooring. It’s the method used for stripping away the coats of grime, cleaning film, or worn sealant of your flooring and resealing the surface. Professionally done with a commercial grade machine.
