With a holistic approach to health. Not just focusing on the physical but other areas that make up complete health; mental, emotional, relational, existential and environmental.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The method can be different from person to person. One small change in habits can set off a chain reaction of change. The secret is knowing where to tap.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people shift their expectations of themselves and their potential outcomes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A dislike of big gyms. We have a "no dickheads" policy.
