Heidi was absolutely brilliant. Through phone calls and text messages she really helped us settle in our new cat, who was a very skittish ex-colony cat, and he is now thriving and happy in our house. She also supported us over several weeks to help the new cat bond with our resident cat, and helped interpret behaviours recorded in videos so we could understand what was happening and how to support the cats. Ann and Heidi are highly recommended. They both were so gentle and patient with our rescue dog Buddy. They gave us valuable insight into his actions and body language.
