What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with Iced & Sliced. From my initial enquiry as to what they could provide to consuming the last morsel of food everything was perfect. Their professionalism, efficiency and friendliness was exceptional. Not to mention the food which was delicious. She understood my requirements; her selection was excellent; the quality was superb; the quantity supplied was very generous but nothing went to waste - family members shared the excess between them; the provision of sturdy, quality disposable service items was greatly appreciated and made cleanup of the open public pagoda that I used for the occasion a breeze. I provide full delivery of grazing boxes or platters designed to your specific requirements.
Boxes and platters come in three sizes and customers can order any number both sweet and savoury that will be delivered within your required timeframe
Buffet Catering
Full buffet catering provided for the customers specific requests. Buffet catering includes full table set up, platters, cutlery, serviettes of a specific colour if required and a large choice of dishes as required by the customer.
Buffets can be either hot or cold or a combination of both.
Afternoon Tea
This specific buffet caters to an afternoon high tea. All food choices reflect an sophisticated afternoon for a grazing buffet.
Event Management
As a creative catering company we are about making your function as seamless and easy as posssible. We offer full event managemnent from set up and bump in to pack dwn. We take care of all the logistics that include liasing with suppliers and looking after all areas of your function.
