For a while now I have been dealing with anxiety, anger and such toxic, negative feelings about a previous abusive relationship, which then took a huge toll on my self-worth. Greg helped me understand these feelings, how to deal with them and through his guidance I am now feeling more confident and have so much more respect for myself. For years, if not my whole life, I’ve been displaying a behaviour pattern of which I absolutely knew how bad it was for my mental health and yet I never managed to change it. It was like I was forced by an invisible hand to respond/act in a certain way in certain situations despite knowing that I was pretty much torturing myself/self-sabotaging with that behaviour. But no matter how aware I was of my behaviour I just couldn’t change it, the “invisible hand” was stronger and I just had to “obey its rules” whether or not I wanted to and whether or not it was bad for me - until I went to a session with Greg. After only one session I am now able to respond differently in those same situations which sounds absolutely crazy considering I have been struggling with it for most of my life and for that I will forever be grateful to Greg and How’s Your Head Space. I’ve never done hypnotherapy before so didn’t really know what to expect and was very nervous. I know I needed to clear some things from my past as my emotions were really taking me to a bad place in my marriage and with my kids and I’d heard that Greg could help with Timeline Regression Hypnotherapy and a lot of different methods. I was really nervous as I didn’t know if I could be hypnotised but was shocked at how relaxed and comfortable I felt as soon as we got started. After the session I felt really strange as I had this calm feeling as if a massive weight had been lifted from me. As situations now happen I still think how I used to act but I’m saying totally different things and my whole family are enjoying life so much more. We actually do things together and really enjoy each others company. My new outlook has had an amazing effect on the rest of the family and we are all having a lot more fun together. After weeks and weeks I still can’t believe how much calmer I am, how much more supportive I am and how much fun I’m having just living again. I had really been getting my life on track however I had one thing that I had felt that I didn't want anymore and that was smoking. I had smoked for a round 40 years. I had one session with Greg at How's Your Head Space to try and quit for good. It's strange because after one session I feel like I gave up smoking 10 years ago and it is just a distant memory with no withdrawals or cravings. I feel like I have been a non-smoker for years and look forward to being a non-smoker for the rest of my life. The hypnotherapy session Greg took me through, took me back in time and reprogrammed my unconscious mind around smoking so I feel confident and calm knowing that I never have to smoke again. The strangest thing happened to me when I asked Greg to help me fight my fear of flying. I have always been petrified of flying. White knuckles on seat handles, cold sweats, panic attacks, the whole thing! I decided this had to stop so asked Greg for some help as I was flying in a few weeks. Being a sceptic I wasn’t expecting too much! Greg gave me a couple of sessions talking to me and going into my subconscious mind. While waiting in the boarding lounge, I was surprised at how relaxed I felt. Boarding the plane was fine, but then my anxiety started surfacing. So remembering what Greg asked me to repeat, I sat back and kept repeating the sentence in my head. The plane took off and before I knew it we were up in the air and, opening my eyes, I was shocked to realise my hands were not clutching my seat and I wasn’t in a cold sweat. I actually get goosbumps looking into my clients eyes after each session as their energy, power and intensity is amazing. I also really love watching them transform into the person they really desire throughout our sessions and beyond which makes me have 100% faith that I am doing what I love and how well it actually works.

I suffered mental health challenges for many years and after going through several "Mental Health Professionals" stumbled upon Hypnotherapy. It blew me away on how fast and how effective it was with my PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Self Destruction, bad habits and the lack of Self-Love + Self-Worth I had.
As soon as I experienced life with all my problems and then without all my problems I knew I had to dedicate my life to helping other people experience the same thing.

I have also assisted people directly over the phone when they do not have internet access.

There should be no threat when working together online however if client's are assisted face to face, all areas are wiped down with sterile wipes, hand sanitiser is provided and safe distances apply
