Regular Clean
On each visit your cleaner would vacuum throughout and wash all hard floors. The kitchen bench tops, stove tops and sink are cleaned. The microwave is cleaned inside and outside, and bins are emptied. The laundry sink is cleaned. All bathroom, shower and toilet areas are cleaned and sanitised. Mirrors are cleaned. Your skirting boards and window sills are dusted along with some general furniture dusting.
Spring Clean
For our Spring Clean Package, the cleaner would vacuum throughout and wash all hard floors. The kitchen bench tops, stove tops and sink are cleaned. Cupboard fronts are wiped down. The microwave is cleaned inside and outside, and bins are emptied. Exhaust fans are cleaned out. The laundry sink is cleaned. All bathroom, shower and toilet areas are cleaned and sanitised. Mirrors are cleaned. Your window sills, lamp shades, pictures, furniture and ornaments are dusted. All doors, door frames, skirting boards, light switches and power points are wiped down. Light fittings are cleaned, any interior cobwebs are removed, and your front entry is swept.
Rental Inspection Clean
On our Rental Inspection Clean, the cleaner would vacuum throughout and wash all hard floors. The kitchen bench tops, stove tops and sink are cleaned. Cupboard fronts are wiped down. The microwave is cleaned inside and outside, and bins are emptied. The laundry sink is cleaned. All bathroom, shower and toilet areas are cleaned and sanitised. Mirrors are cleaned. Your skirting boards, window sills, lamp shades, picture, furniture and ornaments are dusted. Any interior cobwebs are removed, and the front entry is swept.
Vacate Clean
For an End of Lease Clean, the cleaner would vacuum throughout and wash all hard floors. Kitchen bench tops, tile areas and the sink would be cleaned down. All cupboard fronts are cleaned, the insides are wiped. The stove top is cleaned down and the oven is cleaned inside & outside including the grill. The range hood is thoroughly cleaned. The laundry area & sink are cleaned. Bathroom, shower and toilet areas are all cleaned and sanitised. All accessible exhaust fans are cleaned out. Any fixed furniture is wiped over, including the pantry and wardrobes. All doors, door frames, window sills, skirting boards, light switches and power points are wiped down. Spot clean occasional marks on the wall. Wall washing/excessive wall marking is charged at $55.00/hr over and above the package price, minimum charge of 1 hour.
