Such an amazing gym! Started around 6 months ago for the 6 week challenge, and still getting such good results each week! Strongest I have ever been ! The trainers and sessions are so awesome and made heaps of good friends. Absolutely love it and would and have 10/10 recommended it to others!! Also accountability part is awesome, not like a normal gym where they don’t care if you come or not. They are just as invested in your fitness journey as you are!! More...

Just completed the 6 week challenge with HIIT45 and loved it! I’ve never really been to the gym or done any classes before so was an absolute newbie but felt supported and had lots of fun. I found the early class times fantastic as a busy working mum of two - I could be done and home by 6.20 ready to “start” the day. The training is tough but doable - I noticed my progress in stamina and weights over just 6 weeks and the challenge has increased my overall fitness, made me stronger and feel so much healthier and energetic! I have just completed the 6 week HIIT45 challenge . The workout sessions are brutal at times but with the support and assistance from the trainers, they help motivate and push you to new heights. I would highly recommend to anybody, whether you want to just get fit and healthy or also lose a few kgs to join up with HIIT 45 Training because it is fantastic! More...

HIIT 45 Classes have by far been the most fun form exercise I have come across since capture the flag in primary school. What makes it so fun is the diversity in exercises, never leaving you bored doing the same old gym routines. The trainers energy and engagement with everyone in the class is phenomenal, you’re constantly being motivated and pushed to improve! There are so many different times to go to a class making it super easy to fit into your day. The feeling after smashing a class is second to none, my mood and outlook on the day is immediately improved. I STRONGLY recommend HIIT 45, I am obsessed, I love it! More...

Love the HIIT 45 community and workouts. It’s been a great way to get my fitness back. An absolutely fabulous and supportive team. I always look forward to coming. I’ve found it heard to find a place that offered these classes at workable times and they have so many options I can always make it work! The variation of strength and cardio is great and exercise is enjoyable! Highly recommend! More...

Changed my review from “don’t recommend” to “recommend” in relation to a refund request that was ignored for a month. After Tom saw my review, he went out of his away to apologise and rectify the problem (apparently he was unaware previously). He seemed very sincere so I do encourage you reaching out to him personally if you ever come across admin issues (e.g double charges). Thanks Tom. On the classes: the group is large, but trainers do a great job at keeping everyone motivated and moving. Fantastic vibe! More...

The team at HIIT45 are fabulous! Trainers are encouraging, push you to achieve your best within your current skill set. They offer technique training with Sasha which I found really useful in making sure I’m using the right muscles in exercises . I did the 6 week challenge and it was the kick start accountability I needed to get back into fitness after almost 18months off postpartum. After having kids I really struggled to find the time (& motivation!) to get out and exercise, and some medical issues had left me carrying some extra weight as well. The HIIT45 6 week challenge came up in my feed and I decided that I just had to push myself and do it. It was only 6 weeks! And I am so glad I did. I lost 5kg, over 3% body fat and I feel fitter & look better than I have in a long time! I finished the challenge 7 weeks ago and I have kept the weight off plus I’m still loving getting to the gym and continuing to get fit. The coaches are attentive, supportive and easygoing - Tom always had time for my millions of questions. The workouts are tough but balanced; and only 45 minutes! I’ve never been a fan of gyms but the atmosphere here is great. A small supportive community and it brings a great vibe to the space. Thanks all More...
