I've now experienced 2 Reflexology sessions with Jo and I have had such great results and relief both times. My ankles loved the mobilisations at the beginning, and it highlights to me just how much tension I carry not only in my ankles, but my entire foot. After the treatment, I certainly felt that my feet touched the ground more thoroughly. There was more contact with the bottom of my foot to the ground. I felt more stable and secure (prone to twisted ankles in my lifetime) so this was an instant! improvement. Physically and Emotionally calming. The next time I lay on my yoga mat, I felt an emotional release also appear, and I knew it was due to self care and self love of my body receiving the treatment, and Jo's fantastic, nurturing, intuitive approach and personality. I had my 3rd session with Jo today after a bit of a break. I felt rejuvenated and noticed that my knee that usually bothers me in Winter actually didnt this year so the Reiki has really helped. I find it really great to show me where I need to concentrate on with energy blocks ......she is very thorough and has a very gentle approach. I cant recommend her highly enough.
