I can’t thank all the staff at Augustine Heights enough for the care you gave Jaja (and me) over the Easter long weekend. You were all so caring and professional at a very distressing time for us . I appreciated that you were upfront about costs and spoke to me about payment methods and even helped phone vetpay to clarify some information. The twice-daily updates were comforting, and it was a special touch to receive a kind message and photo on his first night in hospital. You were so supportive seeing him again a couple of times after discharge when I was concerned about him.

He seems to have settled down into cat-oodle life with his fancy new hair cut (or Brazilian as the nurses told me 🤭). He’s even taken to following me to the bathroom and using his litter box when I go to the toilet, which has been an extra unexpected bonding moment for us 😂.

The staff at GSV have always been lovely and friendly to deal with. My 8 yo staffy/kelpie has always been terrified of going to the vet and suffers anxiety and needle phobia. We’ve been taking her to GSV for almost 2 years and the vets, nurses and reception staff are so patient and understanding with her. She always receives the best care, whether it’s for surgery or vaccinations or general visits and I just wouldn’t take her anywhere else. More...

I had to bring my Maltese in this morning after being unwell and having some concerning symptoms. The staff at Greater Springfield Vet Augustine Heights were incredible. They looked after my boy so well, gave me different options and disclosed all potential costs prior to doing anything. The team at Greater Springfield are hands down some of the most caring, compassionate, professional, thorough and knowledgeable vets I’ve ever come across. I honestly cannot fault any of them, along with all of the nurses and management. Whether we have had to visit for a small health issue, or a complicated and big health issue, the care is 5 star and you always have peace of mind knowing your pets are receiving the very best care. I honestly would never go anywhere else and I can’t express my gratitude for looking after my boys like they are their own.

I'm not happy with this Vet
Went there today for a appointment and I was waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time and then had to leave because I had another appointment I had to go to. I had no apology or nothing.
