Absolutely horrible experience. Had to relocate to Brisbane so I contacted them to pause my membership. They continued to charge me for a total of $450. To make it worse, when I let them know they had erroneously charged me, not only did they refuse to refund the money, they continued to charge me! This seems to be more of a money making scheme than an actual gym. Avoid at all costs. More...
