What do you love most about your job?
Personally I enjoy a strong challenge, going above and beyond and achieving what others believe is not possible. This is what inspires me and gives me the same passion I continue to have 15 years after I first joined the Security Industry.
What inspired you to start your own business?
GM Group Services was strategically established by myself where I spent the past 15 years in the industry working on the front lines & starting up GM GROUP with a well-versed Management team.
After winning multiple awards in corporate & in the security industry such as the Security Manager of the Year, Security team of the year, and finalist of the year it was time to take the next big step & start his own company calling it GM Group Services.
I felt that having previously been successful in the corporate industry working in several areas such as Team Management, recruitment, training, and project management he would be able to use his extensive experience to his advantage within the security industry and recruit, train & supply well trained & up-skilled security officers to his clients.
After completing my security course, I was quickly snatched up & worked in personal protection for a number of high-profile clients such as Danni Minogue (Singer-Songwriter & Actress), Virat Kohi (Cricketer & Captain of the Indian national team & is regarded as one of the best contemporary batsmen in the world), Adore Delano (RuPaul’s Drag Race, an American Singer-Songwriter & television personality) Katy Perry (American Singer-Songwriter & Television Judge) to name just a few.
I am a true believer in teamwork; this means that everyone plays a part in the success of GM GROUP & therefore everyone from our staff to our clients must be valued as such.

GM Group only uses Security Officers that have a positive outlook, good communication skills, and who are professional & respectful to others. My management team ensures that both our guards & our management team value that each client must be treated & feel as though they are our one and only.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
GM Group takes any concern very seriously and ensures safety measures are in place as we value everyone, from our clients, our guards, they're clients and their staff. Everyone's health is very important to us and we know that one mistake could mean an illness affecting family and friends.
We remain up to date and continue to provided training and information to all guards and staff to ensure we abide by the required governments covid expectations and do our best to ensure the health and safely of everyone.
