Yes, I also work with online clients through a mobile app called "TeamBuildr". This app gives each client their individual workouts for the week, asks them wellness questions to track sleep and fatigue levels and allows clients to message me 24/7.

The NSW Government has stated that people may exercise in groups of two (one client and one coach) within 10kms from their home. At Gee Performance, we are currently only providing one on one services to abide with the Governments social distancing recommendations.

Services

The Gee Performance Membership is strictly reserved for 20 athletes at any one time to ensure we offer a premium service that gives each client the attention to detail they deserve ensuring all their performance needs are addressed and consistently anaylsed.

What's Included:

- 1 x 1:1 60 min session per week.
- Weekly Individual Programming on the Teambuilr App. This includes individual needs (Mobility and Movement Prep), development of Strength, Speed, Power and Energy Systems Development.
- Access to Speed, Agility and Endurance Training.
- Nutrition and Recovery Support.
- Daily Wellness and Load Management Strategies.
- Home Training Sessions.
-24/7 messaging and app access.

1:1 private coaching is best suited for clients who prefer the personal environment and accountability of coaching in a 1:1 setting where the attention is solely on them. During private coaching we aim to deliver the best possible coaching experience, through precise programming and emphasis of increasing a clients strengths while also bringing up their weaknesses each and every session.

The sessions are catered to address physical and technical components of performance and how these are incorporated into an athlete’s sport or performance goals. Emphasis is heavily based on movement capacity and movement quality to ensure you are moving well, developing explosive power, building size and strength while also increasing cardiovascular capabilities.

Each session includes a movement preparation component and a cooldown component. These private coaching sessions will emphasis on the below qualities depending on the clients goals:

- Speed
- Agility
- Endurance
- Mobility
- Stability

Gee Performance has the ability to coach athletes/clients that are unable to attend face to face sessions but still want access to a premium Strength & Conditioning coaching to compliment their sport and performance goals.
