I have been with Gaz for almost 2 years and I have never been happier with my progress especially after a nasty wrist injury which Gaz took on board, hes amazing at what he does because not alone does he tailor your package to suit you but he is consistent with his level of support and motivation and he really does get you to achieve what you set out to do as long as your committed and honest with him .
