Dishonesty around my most recent regular service was really disappointing. I was charged over a thousand dollars for more hours than the car was in their shop (and was told only one mechanic worked on it), the car still had the issues I took it in with. Most upsettingly, I was told that my remote key was dead and needed replacing ($400+). I took the car elsewhere and they just changed the key battery for free: it still works great, and car is running much better, with wheel alignment solid and noticable brake noise gone. Foxman also have a weirdly wrong surname on my invoices and records despite me asking them each time to change it to my real name. Sorry guys, but this all adds up to unacceptable treatment and I can't recommend you. More...
