I've been training with Sarah at Foundation PT for a few years now. I've set goals, and achieved them, and feel welcome every time I walk through the door. The trainers work hard to create a welcoming space that feels like I've joined another family. They also shout coffee for anyone who braves the Saturday morning fat-burner class. I’ve been training at Foundation Personal Training for 4 years now and could not recommend it higher. It is an incredibly friendly and community based gym and you really do feel welcome from the second you step through the door. The classes offer a wide variety of styles and are always lots of fun (not just the same circuits every time). The PTs are incredible and offer the highest quality training. I started training with Sarah in April after she came highly recommended from one of my friends. I can now see why!

I have had PTs before at my regular gym and found them off-putting as I could tell their main focus was selling more sessions.

When I met Sarah I was exercising regularly and dieting but not seeing any results. Sarah had a look at my exercise regime and my food intake and then told me the best thing I could possibly hear – I was doing too much cardio and not eating enough.

After that Sarah set me up with a meal plan and workouts that I can do at my regular gym. I see Sarah once a week for PT and she regularly checks in with me to see how I’m feeling. I really appreciate that I can message her whenever I have a question about food or my workout routine, or if I just need a little extra motivation that day.

I love that I don’t have to worry about how much I should be eating or what exercises I should be doing. I just follow the plans Sarah has set for me and I’ve been seeing consistent weekly results.

Since working with Sarah, I have met the other trainers and clients through the various classes available during the week. They all make you feel so welcome, and I enjoy the social aspect of the gym.

In retrospect I wish I had contacted Sarah sooner, but I’m so glad I had the courage to take that next step. It has truly changed my life for the better.
