It is a multi faceted approach. I start with discovering and defining your goals and then get a good overview of your lifestyle, your time availability, your work/life balance and all external factors which may affect the program success. Then it is about designing a complete plan that is realistic and optimised to the time and commitment level you have available. Nutrition is important for most clients goals so that must accompany any exercise plan we devise. I believe in a great deal of variety of exercise not just for physical results but for ensuring ongoing motivation and program adherence. I want to educate and show you how to be fit & healthy forever so you discover how good it feels to truly be boundless!

Firstly you must start with the simple & natural things like optimal sleep, stress management & lifestyle habits. Then it is all about the right nutrition plan tailored to the individual and an exercise program that is realistic & effective. All conditioning aspects must be considered such as strength training, cardio & mobility which is balanced with the right work to recovery ratio! It is essential to understand that every person is unique and what works for me may not be the optimal plan for you!

As a self confessed health & fitness nerd/nut/tragic I love to educate people on how to optimise their lives to not only achieve a great body but a healthy, energetic and functional body as well! Fitness has truly been my life and to be able to share my experience & knowledge with people on a one-to-one personal level and then watch them thrive in all aspects of their lives from a their new found health & vitality is very personally rewarding.

I pulled on my first pair of footy boots at age 4 and since then I knew health, fitness & sport was going to be my life. A professional sports background, a degree in exercise physiology and a life dedicated to teaching others to be fit and well was simply a natural progression.

Because from the moment you meet me you will see that I love what I do and I am dedicated to ensuring you experience what I feel every day... a body, mind & spirit that is fit, healthy, well, happy and living an optimal life!
