As one of Sydney's leading trainers Matt holds a degree in Human Movement & has conducted over 50000 personal & group training sessions whilst Pep has a PTIV certification and has been a lifelong 'health devotee'.
Matt specialises in all areas of optimal health & fitness including vast experience in achieving results in improved energy, fat loss, muscle tone, sports performance & optimal nutrition. Matt has particular interest in helping people ‘live younger longer’ by optimizing lifestyle practices & behaviors that promote wellbeing & longevity.
Pep loves to help women of all ages achieve their body fat & shaping goals whilst also having a vast understanding of nutrition and lifestyle practices.
Matt & Pep offer a complete training program backed by science, many years of experience and 'walking the talk'! They have operated health clubs for the past 20 years and are simply loving getting back to 'grass roots' and travelling to people's homes and parks to deliver cutting edge training sessions, with as much or as little guidance & education as you like in all areas of health & wellness.
