I specialise in women's weight loss , mindset education, strength and conditioning and pre and post natal training.

Q&As

Results can show within the same week you start, and they can vary from each individual also. The word results could mean your energy levels increase, less bloated, better sleep, increase in motivation clothes fit better, dropping some numbers on the scales or losing cms off your body. Depending on how you approach your new healthy lifestyle and of course taking in all the advice and recommendations given by your PT you are pretty much on the way to achieving your goals.

This question really resonates with me, as I have been through the motions of asking myself the exact question each time, I had given birth. There is no right or wrong answer here, it’s matter on how focused, determined you are. Having a personal trainer will help teach you mindset education which is key and when you instil healthy and better habits back into your current lifestyle you will start to see more of an improvement mentally which will help you reach closer to that goal of your pre baby weight. Patience is important especially if you are a first-time mum and really listening to what your body needs can get you the results you set out.

I was miserable and lost all self confidence. I needed to change not only on the outside but the inside needed working on too. Here is where I wanted to learn more about fitness and nutrition and became qualified. I loved sharing my ideas and tips on social media and began having thousands of followers wanting to know how to eat better and train more effectively.

I want to help mums out there to get their ‘MOJO’ back! Increase their self confidence and love their bodies to the fullest as us mothers are the role models for our children.

After having my first child I gained back all the weight I lost pre baby so I started from scratch and lost all my body weight within 12months simply by being consistent and true to myself that I had set small goals for myself and I was determine to achieve them.

It is my absolute passion to help change the lives of mums that feel stuck in their bodies and desperately want to make that change inside and out! Having been in that dark place in my life, I have the understanding and empathy required to treat YOU with compassion as you strive to meet your Fitness Goals!

Services

A combination of free weights and body weight to help build a strong lean body. You will feel confident & empowered to transform your body.

Building a strong core will help reduce any back pain you may have , help with proper form with weight training whether it’s upper or lower body and will help reshape your body composition.

This training involves focus & concerteation as movements require good technique. Boxing is a great cardio burn for anyone wanting a good sweaty workout :)

Awesome workout for anyone wanting body weight training or just want to mix it up with some weighted exercises . High calorie burn!
