Come to Fabulous Physiques where you will be under the guidance of an experienced mature female trainer, who understands firsthand the issues of a maturing woman’s body. I had an 8 week goal to reduce my dress size. Lea guided me with suggestions on my diet and she was very focused on my weights program tweaking it and working around the injuries I have. I highly recommend her.

‘The Fun Way to Fit!’ That’s what it’s been like with Lea. After reaching 50, I just felt ‘blah.’ For years my fitness had taken a back seat to everything else in my life, only to see a few kilos creep in around my middle (not to mention my arms & legs). I didn’t feel strong, comfortable in my clothes or bouncing with energy each morning. Lea is the first trainer I would ever recommend to others. Her care, kindness and expertise has been something I have cherished. And she has gone the extra mile to help me eat better and really know how to exercise in a way that gets results. I am not sure if she knows how grateful I am to her – I love exercising again! Lea has made each training session fun and light-hearted, while effortlessly extending me further and further. And before I knew it, I was doing things I never thought possible. And my husband has even commented on my newly formed muscles! I absolutely love training with Lea. It’s been 6 months and I’m feeling stronger, leaner and happier than I have done in years. Lea manages to blend having fun, keeping it exciting and still be able to push you to get the results you want. Her fitness knowledge and her diverse range of exercises to allow you to keep working within your personal limits is extraordinary. I have back and shoulder injuries and she has been the only trainer to work within my limits yet still get me amazing results. Her studio gym is fantastic too. Personalised 1:1 training at its best. Clients need to be realistic about what they can achieve. SMART goals - Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timely.
Coaching is a 2-way street of expectations. Once my client objectives have been clearly identified, I will then make it clear what is required to meet those goals.
Your measurements and proportions will be taken, photos, body composition on Tanita Scales so we can track your improvements.
I will do everything in my power to help my clients succeed.

Compliance & consistency is everything.
No amount of knowledge, training or coaching will work if the client doesn’t consistently comply with instructions.

Today I received an email from a client, this is part of what she said ... "I am not sure if you know how grateful I am to you - you have given me back a love for exercise. And I really enjoy the feeling of exhaustion after our sessions. And you have gone over and beyond my expectation in every way. "

That is what I love about my job.

I didn't enjoy working in a commercial gym. I enjoy having a completely private space so my clients can feel safe to express themselves and know that all my focus is on them.

I am not your typical trainer. I haven't been into fitness all my life. My passion for fitness came in my mid 30's (nearly 20 years ago now). I have suffered from chronic pain due to degenerative disc issues, bugared knees that required surgery (& a replacement to come), have lived with leukemia for 9 years, been through 6 months of chemo. But all throughout I have gone for no more than a week without exercising. It is my life, and I know how much it can improve people's lives.
Without good health, you have nothing. I want to empower other women to live their life with self confidence, strength, energy and good health.

I can do Zoom sessions if required. However, this is not a service that I normally provide. If clients have some equipment at home, just a few dumbbells, resistance bands, or kettlebells I can create a workout that will challenge anyone.

Safe distances are maintained and all equipment is sanitised after each client session.
