Engage Counselling is a Psychotherapy and Counselling private practice operating in Enmore and Marrickville NSW, or by video session. I offer a judgement free approach aiming to tailor the approach to your specific needs and desired outcomes rather than follow a pre-set formula. Multiple modalities are called onto achieve that goal, including Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT,) and various others. I am trauma informed and trained and can offer a unique insight into trauma and how it plays out across a life and guiding you towards a healing place. I also specialise in therapy for men, and have significant experience around issues affecting men including anger, communication, work issues, bullying, sexuality and questioning of sexuality.
