What do you love most about your job?
Getting good outcomes by working alongside people who are open to getting some help.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Receiving my own therapy made a big difference in my life. I realised that with enough training and dedication I might be able to offer that to others. So I spent years and years getting trained and qualified. And now, after 20 years of work, I am still inspired by the same fundamental idea, getting good psychological outcomes for people who are willing to do the work.
Why should our clients choose you?
Well...actually people should choose therapists that they have a good connection with. The connection ideally is one that provides a feeling of comfort which allows deep and heavy stuff to be spoken about. But it goes a long way beyond a simplified feel-good connection, it also needs to be professional, safe, respectful, and ultimately of course, really helpful. You should choose a therapist where you get a sense that this feels like it is beginning to happen early on. That's what I believe and what I aim for.
