Dinner Is Served

We start by chatting to our clients about how they envision people eating at their event. If they want people to be eating and chatting whilst standing, if they're planning a sit-down meal at a formal table or something in between.

From there we move through what food they enjoy, any dietary requirements for guests and what drinks they're planning on serving. What time of day and season it's planned for are also important and finally, what budget they have in mind.

This allows us to create a selection of menu options that are aligned with how they'd like their event to unfold with the aim of it being as easy and stress-free as possible for our client and an event that they're delighted with.

I love removing the worry and stress from events. Planning a party can be very stressful when you want everyone to have a good time and great food is such a critical part of a party.

Hearing wonderful feedback about how much everyone enjoyed our food and how easy it was for them absolutely makes my day.

Our beautiful food is lovingly made by our chef's at our commercial kitchen in Ballina. Our chefs bring significant professional cheffing experience working in fine-dining restaurants across the world.

We pride ourselves on how easy it is to work with us, our attention to detail and the quality and flavour of every dish that leaves our kitchen.

No, our delivery area is the Northern Rivers in NSW.

We haven't had to make too many changes as we already had a robust food safety procedure in place. However, we do now restrict access to our kitchen to only our chefs.

Our kitchen is sanitised each day after use and no staff are allowed to come in if they are feeling unwell.
