I've been working with Shaneal over the past few months to improve my health and lifestyle choices, and I've been nothing but impressed with his wealth of knowledge and passion for what he does.

Like many, I have known the feeling of wanting to "improve my health", but not knowing where to start. It is, of course, a broad and complex topic. Yet, Shaneal managed to break it down for me in simple terms, and helped me set goals that enable a healthier life on all fronts.

With his guidance, I feel like I'm able to talk openly and honestly about my concerns, and come up with a plan to tackle them step by step.

And in implementing his personalised programs, I feel confident that I'm on the right path to better me.

As someone who has recently been diagnosed with autism spectrum and ADHD and has lived with social anxiety since birth, having an understanding and open-minded personal trainer showing me the ropes has allowed me to finally be my inner self without fear of judgement. Shanael has been a wonderful mentor with an excellent understanding of how different exercises help in building strength and muscle in different ways.

He has the knowledge required to design a routine that works best for you and your goals, especially in an area of expertise that is often the victim of media sensationalism. He also continues to educate himself and attain higher levels of certification, and makes an extra effort to help with the essentials, like basic diet planning and strategies to help with sleep.

Shanael is an all-around approachable and easy going dude who is happy to talk about any and all things, while keeping it professional where necessary. As with anyone else, he won't be able to magically make someone enjoy training if they were never interested in it in the first place. If you aren't one of them however, he will do his best to help you reach your fitness goals.

Being part of a journey as fundamental and integral as improving an individual's life. Seeing my clients grow physically and mentally into more respectable and able bodied versions of themselves is an honourable sight.

To create and educate individuals on developing a healthy relationship with food. We are here to enjoy the things we cook, and enjoy the food we have outside, not become militant zealots towards how much salt you add to your steamed veges.

Working on a few long term habits to develop during the course of your training. From better sleep prep routines, to actually mobilising your body at home even when you are not training on that day!

I intend to train you to the point that you no longer need me. The skills you will develop and the discipline forged under me will become a testament to your work ethic and growth. This will show in your efforts even years after we have worked together.

On occasion, my clients will get together for an outing or a meal, and this is usually paired with a short seminar beforehand. This way, we can all learn together based on the things people wish to focus on and even develop further, such as Understanding the Circadian Rhythm or how to effectively prepare for a day of work/uni.
