Desiree Casimir - Life Coaching

I was lucky enough to get introduced to Des by a mutual friend 6 months ago. I had been stripped of everything that I felt identified me as a person, therapy and medication was helping but I was lacking direction and could not see a path forward. As a man, Des is extremely easy to talk to and open up about your issues with zero judgement. We formed an understanding of what was wrong but also, more importantly, what was going right in my life. Through coaching with Des I was able to improve many aspects of my life- specifically mental health, career and relationships. I was so focused on certain issues in my life that were beyond my control and Des was able to rein me in and shift my focus to the things I did have control over. Doing this has led me onto a path of happiness and fulfilment.

In times of crisis Des has always been there to help and guide me through problems and provide that impartial point of view. Desiree is so beautiful to work with and I am so grateful for her.
