I offer personalised one on one training programs for people of all ages.

My services include strength training, cardio fitness, kettlebells, fat loss, boxing, kickboxing and pilates.

I pride myself in prescribing safe and appropriate exercises for my clients in order for them to meet and achieve their goals of.

I started doing reformer pilates with Helen over 6 years ago and more recently PT sessions. Helen is such an awesome trainer, her sessions are motivating and challenging and she just makes you want to be fitter and more active. She always listens and carefully selects exercises to suit injury. I love how she incorporates pilates into PT sessions and also gives helpful tips on form and nutrition. Above all Helen is just such a lovely person. Highly recommend to anyone at any stage of the health and fitness journey. More...

Helen is great! As a trainer she is motivating and challenging. Each session is different and is not only physically challenging, but mentally as well. I trained with my partner and Helen designed each session to our individual specific needs and abilities. Helen is really fab.....good trainer and a fab person! Can’t recommend her enough! Helen has trained me in reformer pilates and as a PT. I loved my sessions with her.
The only reason our training stopped is that she moved to Brisbane.
Lucky Brisbane!!
She has excellent knowledge of the body and tailored my training each session to challenge me and keep the training interesting.
I had an injury from previous exercise and Helen would always take this into consideration, setting exercises for me to strengthen that shoulder, whilst working on progressing my overall fitness and strength.
Helen was always happy and we had great chats.
It was a pleasure exercising with her.
I would highly recommend her services.

I trained with Helen as my PR for over six months. During that time Helen used a combination of HIIT style, Pilates style exercises and weights based exercises to snap and sculpt my body in all the right places. Helen is phenomenal. I have trained with her for 6 years and she has seen me through two pregnancies. Helen helped me maintain a strong pelvic core and return to my pre-pregnancy weight quickly through a combination of light postnatal training, advice on nutrition and loads of support. I have been training with Helen for over seven years and she has been nothing short of amazing. No session is ever the same. She makes it enjoyable by using different work out styles and focusing on different areas. I particularly love her boxing drills and pilates style booty workouts. I love helping people achieve happier healthier lives. Fitness is not just about achieving a certain body or look, its about the mental benefits as well.
I love pushing people outside their comfort zone to make them realise they are capable of achieving more than they ever thought possible.

My passion for health and fitness came to me at a very young age, not long after I finished high school. I wanted feed my body good food and feel good. Exercise made me feel happy. I became so excited by health and fitness that I slowly started to educate myself through courses and eventually decided I wanted to pass my passion and knowledge onto other people to help them achieve their own health and fitness goals.

I have over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, 7 of those years have been training clients outdoors, in their homes and at gyms.

I also have the knowledge and experience to help improve your fitness, strength and fat-loss goals through attending many courses and many years of training.

1.5m distance is kept between the client at all times.

All equipment is wiped down thoroughly after each use with disinfectant wipes or spray.

All clients are asked to please bring their own exercise mat and towel.

Clients are also asked to sanitise their hands before the start of the session.

Services

The Kettlebell is a cast iron or cast steel ball with a handle attached to the top. It is used to perform many type of strength exercises that challenge cardiovascular fitness, strength, stability and flexibility.

Strength Training, also known as resistance is one of the most important forms of exercise as we age.

Maintenance of strength, muscle and bone density are important to a well functioning body and becomes more important as we get older.

Benefits include joint health, increased strength, increased bone density, muscle tendon and ligament strength,

Be prepared to use Bodyweight, Dumbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Suspension Training & Resistance Bands.

You should train 2-3 times per week to gain the maximum benefits.

Boxing and Kickboxing has been a passion of mine for over 12 years.

I have trained at numerous boxing and Thai boxing gyms, travelled to Thailand multiple times to 'holiday' at Thai Boxing camps to improve my technique and skill set.

I see my clients obtain huge mental and physical benefits from participating in regular boxing or kickboxing sessions and that's why I love it.
