It was great working with Adam, I get a lot out of our sessions especially the ways we should be communicating, sharing emotions and having empathy by just listening!!
What do you love most about your job?
I love, more than anything, building connections with people and going on a journey together.
Giving people a safe space to explore their experiences and helping them figure out how to make positive changes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have struggled with my own mental health at times and feel as though I am in a lucky position to properly understand the impact of poor mental health.
That added to my professional experience working alongside people who are in difficult situations, I think, gives me an interesting viewpoint on counselling.
Why should our clients choose you?
If a client would like a non-judgemental space where they can explore themselves and their experiences then I think they would benefit from my work.
Ultimately finding the right counsellor is incredibly hard and it can be an exhausting task.

I am fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
